ACE Football Academy is a professional football coaching organisation dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and inspiring environment for children aged 3 to 13 years. Based across Sussex, our mission is to deliver top-quality coaching that helps every player develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.
Our coaching team is made up of experienced, highly qualified professionals who are passionate about helping young players reach their full potential. Through a well-structured and supportive approach, we ensure that every child — regardless of ability — has the opportunity to learn, improve, and enjoy their football journey.
We proudly offer a wide range of football programmes across East and West Sussex, including:
- Weekly Development Centres
- Specialist Goalkeeper Academy
- Soccer Tots sessions for ages 3.5–5
- Fun and engaging Holiday Courses
- Birthday Party experiences
- Personalised 1:1 and Small Group Coaching
- After School Clubs
Our sessions are currently delivered across five main venues: Crawley, Lancing, Portslade, Storrington, and Worthing. Each location is carefully selected to provide a safe, accessible, and high-quality environment for all players.
Every member of our coaching team holds an Enhanced DBS check, is trained in Emergency First Aid, and regularly attends Safeguarding Children workshops. All coaches are FA Licensed and committed to maintaining the highest professional standards in youth football coaching.

Our mission is to make children fall in love with football.
Statistics show that less than 0.01% of all children that play youth football go on to become a professional footballer.
With this in mind, we believe that the focus of youth football should specifically be enjoyment followed by development and progression.
We believe that coaching success is not judged by how many make it to elite, but by how many become well-rounded individuals with good values, attitude, character, and life skills.
A recent study found that children’s participation in football is determined by 5 factors: perception of competence, fun & enjoyment, parents, learning new skills and friends and peers. Our company ethos is to create an environment where children can express themselves, socialise, make friends, and have fun.
